They had a good range of devices and extras to choose from. Compared to a few other places I’ve checked out, the selection here felt a bit better overall. The only downside was that some of the accessories I wanted were sold out, but otherwise it was a decent experience.

The box showed up crushed, which wasn’t exactly a great first impression. Thankfully the item itself seemed okay, but still, not ideal, nobody wants their order looking like it lost a fight in transit.

I thought the verification process would be quick and straightforward, but it ended up being annoying and slower than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the gap between what I assumed would happen and how long it actually took was frustrating.

I reached out to support hoping they could at least explain what was going on, but they weren’t very helpful and made it feel like it was somehow my fault for needing an update. The pods showed up working fine and the flavor was actually good. One of the boxes looked a little beat up, which made me think something might be off, but I guess the pods were still solid so it didn’t really matter. Overall I’m happy with it.

I placed a wholesale order on White Horse Vapor i ended up regretting it. The website made the whole process look easy, but once I paid, I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on.
